Routine cleanings should be done during the night and janitorial services like cleaning the corridors or bathrooms are performed during both day and night time. We provide full-scale day and night cleaning services by employing or outsourcing on-site teams.
Security:
For office buildings, security no longer means the presence of a night watchman. Through our business partners, we provide 24/7 security services for office buildings. Identification badges are provided for both all employees of the buildings and the management staff. For each building we manage, emergency procedures are prepared for earthquakes, fires, power failures and medical issues. Our goal is to prevent, contain and counteract against any emergencies or security breaches by prompt and proper action.
Other services provided for office buildings include setting up rental offices for general administration, qualifying and securing tenants, contract organizations, perform entry and exit inspections, maintaining tenant relations, rent collection, on-line access to monthly and annual financial statements and legal support. In smaller office buildings where a management office is not economically viable, we assign property managers for each tenant.
