Location Description:

II. Parameters
The building has 6 floors and a basement. The basement is reserved for the central gas heating, water reserve tank, technical installations, and storage. The ground floor is reserved for a reception and dining area. Each of the four floors has 5 double rooms, a kitchen area and a common sitting area. Each room has a shower and WC inside. The top floor has 2 double rooms and a master suite with a terrace. The terrace has a view towards the Bosphorus and the Marmara Sea. The common area in the middle of every floor could be built so as to expand the rooms and create a kitchenette in each.
The renovation work included reinforcing the top floors, replacing the roof, installing a new elevator, redoing the hardwood floors, painting the walls and installing a shower and WC units. During the renovation, we preserved the original Art Nouveaux cast iron staircase and high ceilings with stucco work.
